1. Service Description

Harrisburg Locksmith provides mobile locksmith services for residential, commercial, and automotive customers in Harrisburg, NC 28075 and nearby areas. Services include lockout assistance, lock rekeying, key duplication, lock installation, smart lock setup, and related security work.

2. Estimates and Quotes

We provide service quotes based on the information you give us. The final cost may vary depending on the actual work required, the type of lock or hardware involved, labor time, and materials used. We will explain any changes before proceeding with additional work.

3. Appointment and Arrival

We aim to arrive promptly during our operating hours, 6:00 AM to 11:30 PM, seven days a week. Arrival times are estimates and may be affected by traffic, weather, job complexity, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will keep you updated if delays occur.

4. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate contact and location information, grant safe access to the work area, and disclose any known hazards. You must have legal authority to authorize work on the property or vehicle in question. Identification may be required for certain services.

5. Workmanship and Materials

We stand behind our work. If a repair or installation fails due to workmanship or a defective part we supplied, we will address the issue according to our service standards. This does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications after the service is completed.

6. Limitation of Liability

Harrisburg Locksmith is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, except where required by law. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

7. Payments

We accept all major payment methods including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Zelle, Venmo, CashApp, cash, and checks. Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in advance.

8. Cancellations

If you need to cancel or reschedule a scheduled appointment, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellations made after a technician has already been dispatched may incur a service fee.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The most current version will always be available on this page, and the effective date will reflect the latest update.
